Bar Membership Renewal Form

BAR MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL FORM. Members of the bar of this Court are required to pay a renewal fee of $20 every five years from the date of admission [11th Cir. R. 46-2]. During the first week of the month in which your renewal fee is due, the clerk will send you a notice that your renewal fee is due by the last day of that month. If the notice is returned undelivered due to incorrect or invalid contact information, no further notice will be sent. During the month that the fee is due, please complete this form and submit it, along with any required attachments and the non-refundable $20 fee, via this Court’s Electronic Case Files (ECF) system. You must attach a list of all state and federal bars of which you are a member, including bar numbers (if any), the date admitted, and your status with each bar (e.g., active, inactive, retired, etc.) See 11th Cir.
