Description

Form 4-7c - REBUTTAL TO OBJECTION TO SUPPORT MAGISTRATE ORDER. This form is used in the Family Court of the State of New York by a party involved in a proceeding to oppose written objections to a support magistrate's order. The form allows the party to state their reasons for opposing the objections and must be signed and dated. The form also provides important instructions regarding the right to file a written response, known as a rebuttal, to the objections within 13 days of being served with the objections. The rebuttal must contain specific information, such as the case name and docket number, the date the objections were served, the objections being answered, and the reasons for the rebuttal. The rebuttal must be served on the objecting party and their attorney, if applicable, either in person or by mail. Additionally, the form includes an affidavit of service section where the person making the service can indicate the method of service (personal service, mail service, or other) and provide details of how the papers were served. If mail service is ordered by the court or if alternative service is directed, the form includes sections to specify the details of such service. F.C.A. §439(e). www.FormsWorkflow.com
