UD-155 - EVICTION CASE (UNLAWFUL DETAINER) STIPULATION. This form is for use only in an eviction (unlawful detainer) case. • This form may be used if the parties agree to resolve the case before trial. • Agreeing to resolve the case before trial is voluntary.
