PL-JV009 - STIPULATION FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF A COMMISSIONER/JUVENILE REFEREE TO ACT AS A TEMPORARY JUDGE FOR ALL PURPOSES. It is understood between the undersigned that the pending matter is regularly assigned to a Commissioner, sitting as the Juvenile Referee, in accordance with Article Six, Section 22 of the California Constitution and Welfare and Institutions Code section 248. It is further understood that the assigned Commissioner/Juvenile Referee has been appointed as a Temporary Judge pursuant to the order of the Presiding Judge of this Court under the authority of Article Six, Section 22 of the California Constitution and Code of Civil Procedure section 259, and upon such appointment said Commissioner/Juvenile Referee has taken the oath of office as to all assigned matters. It is therefore stipulated between the undersigned that any assigned Commissioner/Juvenile Referee appointed as set forth above shall hear the aforementioned action sitting as a Judge Pro Tempore.
