SJPR-201 - STATUS REPORT OF ADMINISTRATION (Probate Code § 12200 et seq.). This form is used in the Superior Court of California, County of San Joaquin in a probate case to provide an update on the administration of the decedent's estate by the personal representative. The form includes information about the decedent's date of death, issuance of letters testamentary or letters of administration, the Inventory and Appraisal filing date, and the total value of the estate. It also lists all persons entitled to notice of the petition.
