TR-128 - NOTICE AND WAIVER OF RIGHTS AND REQUEST FOR REMOTE VIDEO PROCEEDING. This form is used by a defendant in a traffic infraction case in the Superior Court of California, County of Contra Costa, to request a remote video proceeding (RVP) for either their arraignment or trial. By choosing RVP, the defendant waives certain rights, such as the right to appear in person for arraignment, the right to a speedy trial within 45 days, and the right to be physically present in court for trial and other proceedings.
