NOTICE OF INTENT TO REQUEST REDACTION. This form is used in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of Illinois, Springfield Division, to notify the court and official court reporter of a party’s intent to request redaction of personal identifiers or sensitive information from a filed transcript. Under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 5.2 and Judicial Conference privacy policy, this notice must be filed within 21 days after the transcript is filed with the Clerk. The statement of requested redactions must be sent directly to Kathy Sullivan, Official Court Reporter, at the Springfield courthouse or her designated email.
