Description
PL-CV002 - NOTICE OF RESTRICTED ACCESS – CCP 1161.2. This is a Placer County Superior Court form used in unlawful detainer (eviction) cases to inform defendants that court records will be temporarily restricted. Under California Code of Civil Procedure section 1161.2, access to the case file, register of actions, and related records is limited for 60 days after the complaint is filed. During this period, only specific individuals—such as parties, their attorneys, or qualified occupants—may view the case information. The notice also explains how access may be granted and advises that others may obtain access only by court order upon a showing of good cause. It does not serve as the summons or complaint. Adopted for Mandatory Use. www.FormsWorkflow.com
