SMALL CLAIM AGREEMENT. This form is used in the Small Claims Department of the Circuit Court of the State of Oregon to record a mutual resolution between a plaintiff and a defendant in a small claims case. It outlines the agreed-upon terms for settling the dispute without proceeding to trial. Once both parties sign the agreement, it is submitted to the court and, upon acceptance by a judge, becomes part of the official court record.
