PCT/RO/199 (RO/IB), ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RECEIPT OF DOCUMENTS FILED WITH THE INTERNATIONAL BUREAU AS RECEIVING OFFICE. This form is used by the International Bureau (IB) of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) as a Receipt of Documents filed with the IB as a Receiving Office (RO) under the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT). When an applicant files an international patent application with the WIPO as the RO, the IB issues this acknowledgement form to confirm receipt of the documents submitted. The form includes information such as the application number, the date of receipt, and a list of the documents received. However, the applicant’s attention is drawn to the fact that these documents/elements have not yet been checked by this receiving Office in respect of their compliance with the requirements of Article 11(1), that is, whether these documents/elements meet the requirements necessary for the according of an international filing date. www.FormsWorkflow.com
