NOTICE OF PROPOSED EXPEDITED PROCESSING OF NON-SUB V SMALL BUSINESS CASE. This form is used in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Indiana by debtors who are filing under Chapter 11 as small businesses but who are not proceeding under Subchapter V (Sub V). This form notifies the Court that the debtor wishes to expedite the Chapter 11 process by requesting one of the following: a determination that a separate disclosure statement is unnecessary because the plan contains sufficient information; approval of a submitted disclosure statement; or conditional approval of the disclosure statement, subject to final approval at the plan confirmation hearing.
