CI-184 - DECLARATION OF COVID-19-RELATED FINANCIAL DISTRESS. This is a Monterey County Superior Court form used in unlawful detainer (eviction) cases to document a tenant’s inability to pay rent due to financial impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic. The form allows the tenant to identify qualifying reasons such as loss of income, increased expenses, caregiving responsibilities, or other pandemic-related hardships.
