A guardian ad litem appointed by the court to represent a minor or incompetent heir or beneficiary may sign the waiver on behalf of the heir or beneficiary. 2)The bond waiver is filed in the court for the probate district in which the Petition/Administration orProbate of Will, PC-200, has been filed. 3)For more information, see C.G.S. sections 45a-289 and 45a-303 and Rule 35 of the Probate Court Rulesof Procedure. 4)Type or print the form in ink. Use an additional sheet, or Second Sheet, PC-180, if more space isneeded. A petition for admission to probate of an instrument in writing dated purporting to be the last will and testament of the decedent and appointment of an executor has been presented to the court. Each undersigned heir-at-law or beneficiary named in the purported will (or guardian ad litem for, or legal representative of, the heir or beneficiary): 1.Voluntarily waives the requirement of a probate bond as permitted in section 35.1 of the Probate Court Rules ofProcedure; 2.Requests that the court excuse the requirement of the bond; and 3.Understands and agrees that the assets of the estate will not be protected by a probate bond during theadministration of the estate.The representations contained in this form are made under the penalty of false statement.
