This form is used in Shasta County Superior Court to request and document the release of trial or hearing exhibits after a case proceeding has concluded. Attorneys for the plaintiff/prosecution and defendant may stipulate to the return of exhibits, depositions, or administrative records that were previously lodged with the court. The form also includes an acknowledgment confirming receipt of the released materials from the court clerk. Parties receiving exhibits must preserve them in the same condition as presented during the proceeding until the applicable statutory retention period expires. Form Approved for Optional Use.
