Terms 14 used herein shall have the same meaning as in the Contract. 15 16 1. RECORD TITLE, OFF-RECORD TITLE, NEW ILC, NEW SURVEY, 17 OR DUE DILIGENCE DOCUMENTS. 18 19 Note to Buyer: Real estate brokers should not give legal advice concerning Record Title, Off-Record Title, New ILC 20 (Improvement Location Certificate), New Survey or Due Diligence Documents. An attorney should be consulted concerning these 21 matters as they may negatively affect the value, ownership and use of the Property. 22 23 1.1.
