I declare under penalty of perjury that I am eligible to participate under General Order 644 of the United States District Court, Southern District of California. Attached are all documents supporting my eligibility, including a Law School Dean Certification, as required by General Order 644. I understand that I am bound by the provisions of General Order 644 and that the Judge may deny permission for me to appear at any time.
