Local Form H4001-4 - NOTICE OF DEADLINE TO OBJECT TO CERTIFICATION REGARDING RENT PAYMENT. This form is used in a bankruptcy proceeding to notify a landlord that the debtor has filed a certification with the court regarding their right to remain in a rental residence. The certification is made through the filing of Official Form 101A and/or 101B, which state under penalty of perjury that the debtor may stay in the property if certain rent payments are made and rent is deposited with the clerk of the bankruptcy court. The notice informs the landlord that if they wish to challenge the truth of the debtor’s certification, they must file an objection with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Hawaii within 14 days after service of the certification.
