Description
JV002 - JUVENILE ORDER AFTER PETITION/APPLICATION. This is a California juvenile court form used after a petition or application is filed under Proposition 64 and Health and Safety Code section 11361.8. This form allows the court to grant or deny requests for a new disposition or redesignation of certain qualifying juvenile marijuana-related offenses. The order may redesignate eligible offenses as infractions, terminate wardship or delinquency jurisdiction, and impose conditions such as community service or drug education requirements. Courts also use the form to document findings when relief is denied, including ineligibility or public safety concerns. www.FormsWorkflow.com
