Number Housing Session Notice of Appearance Bond Lien NOTICE is hereby given that on the date set forth above, the real property located at the address stated above and more particularly described in Appendix A, attached hereto and made a part hereof, was pledged to the Superior Court of the State of Connecticut at the address set forth above as security, in the amount of bond stated above, for the appearance of the above-named defendant in the case brought by the State of Connecticut against the defendant in the above-noted docketed matter. The bond provides that if the defendant fails to appear, the bond may be forfeited and the lien on the real property described above may be foreclosed in the same manner as a mortgage.
