Respondent's last known address is , Mexico Respondent cannot be served by any other method because he/she is a resident of Mexico and service must be accomplished according to the laws of the Inter-American Convention on Letters Rogatory for Mexico in order for service of process to be valid. I declare under penalty of perjury under the laws of the State of California that the foregoing is true and correct.
