150.03 Dram Shop Act--Injury to Means of Support by an Intoxicated Person-- Seller Sued There was in force in the State of Illinois at the time of the occurrence in question a statute called the Dram Shop Act providing that every person who shall be injured in [means of support] [loss of society] by an intoxicated person or persons shall have a right of action against any person or persons who shall, by selling or giving alcoholic liquor, have caused the intoxication of such intoxicated person [The suit is brought in the name of [name of plaintiff], for the exclusive benefit of [those claiming loss of support], the person[s] who claim[s] to have been injured in [his] [their] means of support, and [he] [they] [is] [are] the real [party] [parties] in interest.]
