PRO 013 - ORDER TERMINATING PROCEEDINGS. This is a Los Angeles County Superior Court probate order used to close an estate when there is no property subject to administration. The order follows a hearing on a petition demonstrating that the estate holds no assets requiring further administration. After confirming proper notice and reviewing the petition and evidence, the court terminates the probate proceedings, discharges the petitioner or fiduciary from further duties, and exonerates any bond on file.
