MM21(E) - REQUEST FOR THE CORRECTION OF A RECORDING. This is a World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) form used by holders of an international trademark registration, their representatives, or an intellectual property office to request the correction of an error in a recording contained in the International Register. The form requires the international registration number, the name of the holder as recorded in the register, a relevant WIPO reference number, and a detailed explanation of the correction being requested.
