MM8 (E) – REQUEST FOR THE RECORDING OF A CANCELLATION OF THE INTERNATIONAL REGISTRATION. This is a World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) form used to request the recording of a total or partial cancellation of an international trademark registration under the Madrid System. The form allows holders to cancel an entire international registration or remove specific goods and services from a registration while keeping the remaining protection in force. Applicants must provide the international registration number(s), holder information, required email addresses, and details of the goods and services affected by the cancellation.
