MM24(E) - REQUEST FOR THE MERGER OF INTERNATIONAL REGISTRATIONS RESULTING FROM THE RECORDING OF DIVISION. This is a World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) form used to request the merger of a divisional international registration back into the original international registration from which it was divided. The form is intended for situations where both registrations remain in the name of the same recorded holder and requires identification of the holder, the relevant international registration numbers, and details of the office presenting the request. Depending on the requirements of the presenting office, the holder or their representative may also be required to sign the request.
