JC-E-010 - JUVENILE PROCEEDINGS: REQUEST FOR COURT REPORTERS TRANSCRIPT. This is a Sacramento County Superior Court local form used to request transcripts from juvenile court hearings. The form collects information about the case, hearing dates, court reporter, and the requesting party, including their relationship to the minor(s). It also explains submission options—by mail, in person, or email—to the Juvenile Division, Court Administration Office. Before transcripts can be released, requesters must complete a Declaration for Access to Juvenile Case File (JC-E-667). Non-parties or individuals with terminated parental rights must file additional disclosure forms (JV-570, JV-571, JV-569). Transcript fees are paid directly to the court reporter.
