JD-JM-216 - FIRE STARTING BEHAVIOR TREATMENT PROGRAM MOTION, ORDER, DISPOSITION. This is a Connecticut Superior Court form used in juvenile delinquency cases involving fire-setting behavior. The form allows a child to apply for placement in a court-approved treatment program as an alternative to continued prosecution.
