Delaware Supreme Court Rule 55.1. - Form 2 - This is a required companion form to the Application for a Certificate of Limited Practice. It must be completed by an authorized representative of the applicant’s employer. The affidavit confirms that the employer is a lawful business entity with a Delaware location where employees regularly work and that the applicant is employed as in-house counsel with a continuous presence in Delaware. As shown on the form, the employer attests that the applicant provides legal services solely to the company and its affiliates, remains an active member in good standing of another jurisdiction’s bar, and meets all Rule 55.1 conditions.
