LASC FAM 171 - REQUEST AND ORDER FOR RELEASE OF CONFIDENTIAL MARRIAGE RECORD. This form is used in the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles, to request the release of a confidential marriage record. The petitioner must provide their name, the names of the individuals listed on the marriage record, and explain their relationship to the parties involved (if any). They must also state the reason or good cause for the release of the record, supporting their request with facts under penalty of perjury.
