Description
ORIGINAL/RENEWAL APPLICATION REGISTRATION OF MULTIJURISDICTIONAL LAW FIRMS. This form is used to apply for or renew the registration of a multijurisdictional law firm under Nevada Supreme Court Rule 7.5A. It is required for any law firm that maintains a physical office in Nevada while also operating in one or more other jurisdictions. The application ensures that the firm complies with all regulatory requirements for multijurisdictional practice in Nevada. Key elements of the form include providing the firm's name and addresses of all offices, listing all attorneys employed (along with their licensed jurisdictions and good standing status), and disclosing any pending disciplinary actions through Exhibits A and B. The form also requires identification of a Nevada-licensed attorney who will maintain a full-time presence in the Nevada office and serve as the firm’s designated agent for service of process. The firm must certify it maintains approved trust accounts at a Nevada State Bar-approved financial institution, complies with all ethical and procedural rules, and files annual renewals with the required $500 fee. The application must include current registration proof with the Nevada Secretary of State and original signatures from both the managing partner and the designated resident member. www.FormsWorkflow.com
