ATTACHMENT C-1 STANDARD LAW CORPORATION GUARANTEE. This form is used by shareholders of a California law corporation to personally guarantee the payment of claims made by clients for errors or omissions arising out of the practice of law by the corporation. This guarantee serves as a substitute for professional liability insurance when the corporation does not carry sufficient coverage. By signing this form, the shareholders agree to be jointly and severally liable—up to a specified per-claim and annual aggregate limit—for any such claims, offset by any applicable insurance payouts.
