RI-PR055 - ORDER FOR TERMINATION OF PROCEEDINGS AND DISCHARGE. This form is used in the Superior Court of California, County of Riverside, to request and grant an order for the termination of probate proceedings and the discharge of the personal representative of an estate. It is applicable when the administration of an estate is complete, and there is no remaining property subject to administration. Upon review of the petition and supporting documents, the court issues an order that officially ends the probate process, releases the personal representative from their duties, and exonerates any bond that was filed.
