REQUEST FOR CONTINUANCE OF CONCILIATION CONFERENCE. This form is used in the Court of Common Pleas of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, in connection with the Residential Mortgage Foreclosure Diversion Program. It allows a party to formally request a 30-day postponement of a scheduled conciliation conference—a court-supervised meeting between the homeowner and lender intended to explore alternatives to foreclosure.
