NOTICE. This Urgent Notice form is used to notify a homeowner that they have been officially enrolled in the Lancaster County Court of Common Pleas Residential Mortgage Foreclosure Diversion Program. The purpose of this notice is to instruct the homeowner on the next steps they must take to participate in the program and potentially avoid foreclosure. It emphasizes the importance of contacting the Program Coordinator within ten (10) days by calling 717-209-3290. Once contact is made, the homeowner will be referred to a non-profit housing counselor who will assist them free of charge in working with their mortgage company to explore possible solutions. The homeowner will be required to attend a court-supervised conference to determine if a reasonable workout agreement can be reached.
