INTERIM REPORT AND ANSWER OF GARNISHEE. The form is used in Berea Municipal Court as an interim report and answer to a garnishment order against a judgment debtor's personal earnings. The garnishee (usually the employer) provides a detailed statement of the garnishment process, including the date the garnishment order was received, the total probable amount of the judgment (including court costs and interest), and the pay period of the judgment debtor (weekly, biweekly, semimonthly, or monthly).
