TEMPORARY CIVIL STALKING INJUNCTION EX PARTE ORDER. This is an emergency court order issued when a judge finds reason to believe that stalking has occurred under Utah Code § 76-5-106.5. The order temporarily prohibits the respondent from stalking, contacting, or approaching the petitioner or others listed in the injunction. It may include personal conduct, no-contact, stay-away, and temporary custody provisions. The respondent has 10 days from service to request a hearing; otherwise, the order remains effective for three years.
