IFP - INFORMATION REPORT FOR FOR-PROFIT CORPORATION. This form is used to collect and maintain updated information about a for-profit corporation registered in Kansas. The report requires the corporation to provide its business entity ID number, legal name, and principal office address. It must list the officers and directors along with their titles and addresses. The corporation must specify the nature of its business and indicate whether it holds more than 50% equity ownership in another business entity registered with the Kansas Secretary of State.
