Description

JOINT REPORT OF PARTIES AND PROPOSED SCHEDULING AND DISCOVERY ORDER. This is a Southern District of Illinois form used after the Rule 26(f) conference to outline agreed case-management and discovery deadlines in civil matters where mandatory mediation does not apply. The report sets dates for serving initial written discovery, taking plaintiff and defendant depositions, and filing motions to amend pleadings or add third-party actions. It also requires deadlines for expert witness disclosures and written reports under Rule 26(a)(2), as well as expert depositions. Parties must certify they discussed proportionality, discovery burdens, and electronically stored information (ESI), and submit any required ESI protocol. The form further establishes the overall discovery cutoff and dispositive-motion deadline relative to the presumptive trial month, and reminds parties of required procedures for resolving discovery disputes. www.FormsWorkflow.com
