LASC FAM 120 - COURT ORDER FOR POST-JUDGMENT REQUESTS FOR ORDERS. This is a Los Angeles Superior Court family law order used when a party files a post-judgment Request for Order (RFO) after a final judgment has been entered on all issues. This order establishes case management requirements to promote efficient resolution of post-judgment disputes. The court requires the must serve the other party with (1) a copy of this order and (2) a blank Post-Judgment Request for Order (RFO) Case Management Statement (LASC FAM 119) with the RFO. Each party must file and serve a Post-Judgment RFO Case Management Statement, form LASC FAM 119, at least seven calendar days before the date set for the RFO hearing. The parties must also meet and confer at least ten calendar days before the hearing (unless a restraining order is in effect) to discuss disputed issues, document exchange, witness testimony, discovery plans, and possible agreements. Failure to comply may result in sanctions under Code of Civil Procedure §§ 128, 177.5, Family Code § 271, or California Rule of Court 5.14. For Mandatory Use. Ordered by Presiding Judge under Calif.
