PRO 011 - NOTICE OF DEPOSIT OF ESTATE PLANNING DOCUMENTS AND ACKNOWLEDGMENT (Pursuant to Probate Code §732). This is a Los Angeles County Superior Court probate form used to deposit estate planning documents with the court under Probate Code § 732(c). This form is typically filed when an attorney who previously held the documents is deceased, lacks legal capacity, or is no longer an active State Bar member. The filer must certify that proper notice of termination of deposit was mailed to the original depositor, that more than 90 days have passed without the documents being claimed, and that the materials do not include a will, codicil, or trust of a deceased person.
