PL-CV005 - ORDER DIRECTING THAT THERE BE NO FURTHER EXPEDITED JURY TRIAL PROCEEDINGS. This is a Placer County Superior Court form used to terminate participation in an expedited jury trial (EJT). The order may be issued when all parties agree to end the expedited process or when the court finds good cause to discontinue it.
