Description
PL-CV005 - ORDER DIRECTING THAT THERE BE NO FURTHER EXPEDITED JURY TRIAL PROCEEDINGS. This is a Placer County Superior Court form used to terminate participation in an expedited jury trial (EJT). The order may be issued when all parties agree to end the expedited process or when the court finds good cause to discontinue it. Once entered, the case will no longer proceed under the expedited jury trial rules and will instead continue under standard civil procedures. The form provides a clear judicial directive based on either party stipulation or court determination, ensuring that the case transitions out of the EJT framework in accordance with California law. Adopted for Optional Use. Code Civ. Proc., § 630.03(b). www.FormsWorkflow.com
