LASC FAM 175 - PARENTAL QUITCLAIM—ATTACHMENT C TO PETITION. This is a Los Angeles Superior Court form used in proceedings involving approval of a minor’s contract. Under Family Code §§ 6750 and 6751, parents or legal guardians must irrevocably and perpetually release, relinquish, and quitclaim any interest they may have in monies payable for the minor’s services or grant of rights under the contract at issue. If the minor is domiciled outside California, both parents or guardians must sign, unless equivalent provisions are included in a separate attachment.
