LASC FAM 119 - POST-JUDGMENT REQUEST FOR ORDER CASE MANAGEMENT STATEMENT. This is a Los Angeles Superior Court form used in post-judgment family law proceedings when a Request for Order (RFO) is pending. The form requires parties to confirm whether they have met and conferred, identify agreed-upon issues, specify whether live testimony will be requested, estimate hearing time, and disclose any anticipated discovery before the hearing.
