LASC FAM 206 - FINDINGS AND ORDER AFTER HEARING PURSUANT TO FAMILY CODE § 3130-3134.5. This form is used in Los Angeles County family law cases when the court determines that a parent or party has possession of a child in violation of a custody or visitation order, or has failed to appear as ordered. Following a hearing, the court may authorize the Los Angeles County District Attorney to investigate, locate the child(ren), and take action to enforce the custody order.
