LASC FAM 204 - DEDICATED TRIAL COURT LONGER HEARING/TRIAL READINESS ORDERS. This form sets detailed pretrial requirements for Los Angeles County family law cases assigned to a dedicated trial court for longer hearings. The order requires updated Income and Expense Declarations (FL-150) in matters involving support, attorney’s fees, or Family Code § 271 sanctions, pursuant to Family Code § 3665, California Rules of Court rule 5.260, and Local Rule 5.9. In dissolution, legal separation, or nullity cases with disputed property issues, parties must file and serve a Schedule of Assets and Debts (FL-142) or Property Declaration (FL-160) at least seven calendar days before the MSC or trial.
