LASC FAM 204 - DEDICATED TRIAL COURT LONGER HEARING/TRIAL READINESS ORDERS. This form sets detailed pretrial requirements for Los Angeles County family law cases assigned to a dedicated trial court for longer hearings. The order requires updated Income and Expense Declarations (FL-150) in matters involving support, attorney’s fees, or Family Code § 271 sanctions, pursuant to Family Code § 3665, California Rules of Court rule 5.260, and Local Rule 5.9. In dissolution, legal separation, or nullity cases with disputed property issues, parties must file and serve a Schedule of Assets and Debts (FL-142) or Property Declaration (FL-160) at least seven calendar days before the MSC or trial. The order also governs exhibit numbering, witness lists, exchange of appraisals and forensic reports, and notice requirements under Code of Civil Procedure § 594.
