LASC PRO 076 - PROBATE COURT APPOINTED COUNSEL'S REPORT FOR DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED ADULTS. This is a Los Angeles County Superior Court probate form used by court-appointed counsel in conservatorship proceedings under Probate Code § 1471.
