Order Extending Temporary Guardianship {PRO 047}

PRO 047 - ORDER EXTENDING TEMPORARY GUARDIANSHIP. This is a Los Angeles County Superior Court probate order used to extend an existing temporary guardianship of the person and/or estate of a minor. This form allows the court to continue the temporary appointment to a specified expiration date and directs issuance of new Letters of Temporary Guardianship reflecting the extended term.
