PRO 049 - ORDER APPROVING WAIVER OF ACCOUNT AND TERMINATING GUARDIANSHIP OF THE ESTATE (former minor has attained majority). This is a Los Angeles County Superior Court probate order used to terminate a guardianship of the estate when the former minor has reached age 18 and funds are held in blocked account(s). The form approves the former minor’s waiver of accounting, terminates the guardianship, and authorizes payment of guardian and/or attorney fees from specified blocked accounts. It also directs the release of remaining assets—including blocked funds listed in Exhibit C—to the former minor.
