PRO 048 - ORDER APPROVING WAIVER OF ACCOUNT AND TERMINATING GUARDIANSHIP OF THE ESTATE (former minor has attained majority). This is a Los Angeles County Superior Court probate order used to approve a former minor’s waiver of accounting and terminate a guardianship of the estate after the minor reaches majority. The form is used when no funds are held in blocked accounts. After hearing, the court may approve the waiver, terminate the guardianship, award or waive guardian compensation, and order distribution of remaining assets (listed in Exhibit C) to the former minor.
