LASC PRO 028 - NUNC PRO TUNC ORDER CORRECTING ORDER. This is a Los Angeles County Superior Court probate form used by the court to formally correct a clerical error in a previously issued order. Filed after an Application for Nunc Pro Tunc Order (PRO 027) and supporting declaration (PRO 051), this order identifies the original order by title and date, specifies the language to be stricken, and sets forth the corrected language inserted in its place.
